THE TIME IS NOW

PRACTICE BEING PRESENT |
The time is always NOW to begin your practice. You don't need a mat or anyone around. You simply need to acknowledge and observe your breath just as it is, to turn your focus inward and scan the body, taking notice of all sensations and waking up awareness of the vessel in which you dwell, and to simply be, without judgement.

You can elongate and regulate the breath to a slow, steady, cyclical breath like a wheel with deep inhales and long, releasing exhales, as you release and relax all bodily tension until you are completely comfortable and tuned in to the connection of mind, body, and breath.

Give yourself that time-in to check in and offer gratitude that you have a body and breath and mind to explore and enjoy this world and that you can begin that enjoyment and exploration RIGHT NOW.
